I was just rambling through Twitter and I was on RIM's twitter account and I noticed he wrote to LtCoolDee today saying "Neat! Thanks) Can't wait for the trailer's release I hope it's still aimed for November."
So hopefully that means we might get the official trailer this month!

Eh, Peter getting an apartment doesn't seem outside the realm of possibility for sequels. Happened in Raimi's Spider-Man.

Cause I was highly enthusiastic about WoS, got disappointed, hated it strongly for a while before seeing what's good in it and start laughing at the bad (took me two years to do that)
