Credit goes to Ultimate Web Head! I think this is just a behind the scenes video and not the actual trailer. Anyway! I like the way spidey moves across the environment. I've always wanted to bounce of the environment in past games but couldn't. Hopefully it's as fun as it looks and I hope it has some suprises as well.

Hot damn, web rush looks so cool. That looks like it will really help make locomotion a blast. And if the web slinging is as fast and dizzying as they've said (up-close perspective, very fast swinging) then this should be really fun to roam around.

Actually, there was a price drop for both the 3DS and DS versions. I thought it was a sale at the time, so that's why I pre-ordered them both. They were both $10 off, so I was able to get both for less than what I would have paid just for the PS3 or XBOX versions. It does make a difference because there's a whole lot of things I could get for less than $60. Don't know about you, but I'd rather get multiple games for less than $60 than pay $60 just for one game. Surprised the 3DS won't have free roam though cause I read somewhere on here that it's supposed to have most of the same levels at the console version. But like I said, I can live without free roam, and I would only buy the PS3 or XBOX versions if I had my own PS3 or XBOX, then wait for a price drop, or if I have money to burn.

Did you see the video that was posted with the web rush and how awesome it looked during free roam?? Say what you will but the extra $20 is more than worth it. Go ahead and buy multiple 3ds games but you're missing out big time by not getting the PS3/360 version of this game.

Actually, no. I'm not even sure what web rush is. I tend to skim through posts. Not sure if I'll really even care about it. I just want the game to be challenging. Also, I'm avoiding trailers cause I'd rather wait to get the game to see what it looks like. Regardless, I'm still not getting the PS3 or XBOX version.

I watched one of the trailers awhile back, but that's it. For me, there's really not much of a reason to. I won't know how good the game is going to be until I've played it. Also, I'd rather wait until I play the game to see what it looks like.

I could be wrong but I think that that "trailer" was more of a behind the scenes video and not an actual trailer. There's a big difference. Besides it said behind the scenes. I also hope spiderman can do more than just swirl flip everytime he uses it. That will get super boring...

I just hope he has more variety in his twirls and flips instead of that one spin twist he does about 10 times in the behind-the-scenes clip. Didn't SM2 have an upgradable trick system?

There isn't a ps3/XBOX 'version' there is one game for those systems, and an entirely different game for the DS. They are the same game in name only and just happen to release around the same time, there is literally no single piece of data that the two games will have in common. I hope you realize that by avoiding the ps3/Xbox version you are missing out on an entire game, not just some features. A game which happens to be significantly more complex/advanced than the DS version (which I mentioned will be a separate, inferior game that shares the same title.)

I'm sure that the 3ds version will have some type of web rush.
Just not as exciting as on a ps3/xbox 360 displayed on a 3d screen...
But if you don't care, why should others right?
Your actions may seem absurd to hyped up SM2 fans (like me), but it's your choice, your money, your experience, right?

here with some obvious news. At E3, the game will be playable, as well as a demo that they'll be showing off to reviewers. They will also reveal the voice actors for the game at E3

well that little trailer isn't really indicative of how it will play out in the game since it's supposed to be like a 30 hr experience. From what I have seen and heard these past few months I can say I am very glad I pre-ordered my copy for the ps3 and I firmly believe this is going to be one of the best spider-man games to date.

Yeah no doubt. I am still super pumped for the game. That specific trailer was just a little bit of a letdown for me.

The web rush mechanic didn't really thrill me as much as I expected (but don't get me wrong, it looked great). The camera on the other hand looks much better when up close Imo! I'm expecting the combat to look good too.
