It's not right. The US Supreme Court has never taken a case that sanctions such action or provides it with legitimacy. Further, habeas has been granted to enemy combatants in the Hamdi case, and thus would apply to any similar threat which this "rendition" claims to deal with.

What we have here is a blogger whose watched too many movies and has too much time on his hands.
