Sequels Anatomy of a Spidey Sequel

I am a comic book fan but I will stray when nescessary. The main antagonist is Carnage with Lizard's appearance being limited to one fight the same way Venom was in Spider-Man 3. There are four character deaths. Carnage, Lizard, and Felicia (not as Black Cat) are introduced from the comics, the later having a part limited the way Gwen's was from Spider-Man 3. However, her scenes are some of the most important to the plot.

They could make Black Cat a vigilante who fights crime like spidey,but she actually kills the criminals and when spidey tries to stop her she turns on him.
