Anybody else have kids that don't live with them?

I was just wondering if any other posters have kids and only get to see them on weekends. I have 4 kids and I stayed with their mother for years even though I couldn't stand her just because I wanted to make sure that they had a stable household and that they always had me around to make sure they'd be alright. Well a couple months ago I left and now I only get to see them every other weekend and even though I hated being with their mom I feel like I'm a bad father for not living with them. I don't know, today is the twins birthday so maybe that's why I feel like crap. Anyone else ever have to go through this?

I only get to see my 7 month old son 3 days a week which is a step up from the not seeing him for the past 5 months.

I hate not seeing him and him living so far away and the mom plays a lot of tricks and mindgames and that crap. It is really disgusting how unfair the legal system is in regards to fathers to.

Basically (and this is not mysogyny, its factual experience) if your a man and wanting to see your kids, you screwed and have no luck. Get this, I want to be involved and see my son as much as possible, explane how it make sense that I have to pay 40 bucks a week to her for gas in order to have access to him.
