I have no idea. Back in high school I used to always doodle the black designs and thought that they looked cool and just thought hiding important images within them would make for a badass tattoo.

jag, how long did it take, and how much did that cost?

Each cat took roughly 4 hours. I did a different sitting, about six months apart, for each of them. Sat straight through on both of them except for the 10 minute smoke break the artist needed when he did each one of them. Each was around $400 plus art design fees on the first one and the $100 tip I gave him for each of them. (Tip your artist well, kids. You'll need him later for touchups and if you decide to do more work down the road).

I have a couple ideas kicking around for a couple new tats, but haven't fleshed them out fully, yet.

He's excellent. Very talented. Some of my punk rock artist friends in the Bay Area that are VERY into tattoos have all said the same thing (that he must be very fast, particularly for such detailed, refined work) and some of them are looking to get some ink done by him simply because of what they've seen in the work he did for me.

It was a hunting joke. Some hunters don't keep and kill their game, but tag them instead. I was insinuating that someone captured you, put that tattoo on you and the released you back into the wild. Oh, god....I just said something that probably only Taiwarriorz would understand.

The jaguar is my totem animal (there's a longer story behind that, but I won't get into it at the moment). Thus the yellow jag. It also happens that my wife's totem animal is a black panther/jag. Thus the jag on the right.

I've had this idea...of this cool looking werewolf tattoo on my back...really huge...it would look like Jag's. It would be a pic of a werewolf head and it would be growling. Doubt I get it though.
