Anyone read the recent GI Joe series?

I'm thinkning of getting most of the Devil's Dues GI Joe comic, especially the Master & Apprentice TPB, and I wanted to know how well the comics are as far as accuracy, plot, art (although I have a fairly good judgment on the art already), etc.

"recent"? you mean the one that started like 5,6 years ago? I think I read the first year or so, it wasn't bad. I grew up on GI-Joe, but when it comes down to it, I just get sick of them fighting Cobra over and over again.

I think the series is in-continuity with the old MArvel series
