Anyone watch/play poker or any card games?

Doesn't have to be for money, can be with play chips, or just wih your friends. I enjoy poker a lot, I mean I'm not going to become rich but I like to think I'm ok.

Hmmm this thread doesn't promote gambling by the way.

I work part time in a bookmakers, I sell the service of gambling to people and I agree, but it can be bad for some people.

I haven't been to a casino though! I have some myths about them... I mean why do I think everyone in a casino wears a suit? ? Too much James Bond?

Yeah a Hype poker tourney would be good, I was gonna suggest it, but I only play on Pokerstars.com so I don't know about how other sites do it. Pokerstars rules.

I'm a big fan of poker. I play on Full Tilt. Just uploaded $50 real money into my account the other night. Usually play for play money though.

Cool, I'm not on right now and plus you wouldn't find me as I took myself off search. I usually play on the 5/10 NL tables for practice and leave when I reach 15000-20000 in chips. But lately I go to the 100/200 no limit tables. I usually enter the hubble freeroll tourneys.

Yeah online it's harder, but it's interesting, you pick up tells by betting habits instead of reactions. Different spin on the game. My poker face is one big grin

$50 is the minimum you can put in your account...

In real life, I've won up to $300 in a night, and lost $120 or so once.

Online, I've cashed $1000 checks before. I've also lost upwards of $200 before cutting myself off too.
