Sequels Apocalypse's Four Horsemen--Which characters?

If they're pre-existing characters, people are going to want to know why they're there.

Simple apocalypse kidnaps them and mind controls them.

Angel as Archangel for sure. Death is almost always an X-Men I believe. Plus Angel of Death symbolism and the fact that Angel is the more famous X-Men turned Horseman.

You could also bring back Cyclops and re-power Mystique by making them Horsemen,

I like the idea of Cyclops coming back as a Horseman for Apocalypse, i hated when they killed him off in the 3rd.

i know that sucked he could have tried calming jean down then she gets a skin condintion(the dark pheonix) and kills him at least put him exploding on screen!

Use the "dead" and depowered mutants as Horseman (except Jean and Magneto)...

I concur.

I too think the four horsemen should be returning characters in the movieverse. Then we can see how much it advances their powers. My candidates have always been Angel as Death, Cylcops as War, Rogue as Pestilence and Mystique as Famine.

I like these choices Maybe then cyclops won't be such a bore.

Personnally i think Apocalypse should be left for X-Men 6 but have the second x-men trilogy revolve around his coming...

Why is this relevant to the horsemen, well i figure that the creation of the horsemen should be something that spans out with three movies... Who i would like to see as the Horsemen, Archangel, Bishop, Pheonix & Sinister...

In X-Men 4 - we should have the introduction to Sinister, the mauraders, have angel loose his wings and the story is loosely based on the legacy virus and the fear the morlocks are causing the spred of the disease.

In X-Men 5 - Bishop who wouldnt be a time traveler but a homeless guy who has psychic visions of the future, although he cant make sense of it, He goes and tries to stop the future from happening believing the x-men are at fault and that the sentinals were created because of it. However it is the fault of the Hellfire Club who have been manipulating everything. Angel now wingless but by birth right is part of the hellfire club but doesnt know its full purpose, also sinister is a memeber of the hellfireclub so you see the whole jigsaw comes together.... The story is losely based on days of future past... with the additions of Charles Xavier now in the body of his brother Richard saw the future and his projects were sent to an empath that would be Bishop who can also obsorb and distribute energy.

In X-Men 6 -Sinister without the mauraders but now with two powerful allies Archangel and Bishop... seek out a force that will raise there leader Apocalypse. That being the phoenix they are successful in doing so making four horsemen and apocalypse against the remaining x-men... However Cyclops returns from the dead with his son Cable, and defeat apocalypse. Pheonix releases Jean and Cyclops end up back together, leaving the story to end with everything back to how it was.

i think making every horseman someone who died or lost their powers would be stupid. i also think making all four horsemen someone we know in the movieverse would be lame too.

out of all of the supposed mutants in the world why would the four horesmen apocalypse picks be from among the twenty we already know.

i say no more than three people we already know....

I find it hard to fathom that quite a few People would say, "use Cyclops as one of the Four Horsemen."

I'm fully aware of the fact, that the 3rd film was UTTER garbage.

If they wanted to kill off Cyclops, why do it in the first 10 minutes? Was it out of pure stupidity? Or just a general hate of Scott Summers?

Regardless, how is Cyclops going to be turned into a Horsemen, when he is dead?

Did Apocalypse appear out of thin air, to put Cyclops atoms back together after Phoenix had destroyed him?

Or did he turn Scott's specialized glasses into a Horsemen?
