Screen name of the proposed RPGs Game Master: The Bogus Byrd Man

Gamemasters/Assistant Gamemasters already chosen: Keyser Soze, Eddie Brock Jr.
How will the overall lay out of the RPG be?: Two GM's. Pretty fluid, enforcement wise, though I'll lay down the hammer when I have to. It'd be an ongoing.
Premise of RPG: Basically, think of it like a cross between Blade Runner and... um.. Blade Runner. It's a not-so distant future, where DC heroes and villains started out three years before the game starts. Society itself has evolved, a little... in some ways for better, others for worse. And everyone is judged by a class of intelligence: Higher ones, like Lex Luthor and Bruce Wayne, are near royalty. The rest have to live harder. But the heroes serve the same purpose: To fight for truth, justice, and kick-assery.
Several years ago, there was no Flash, GL, Gorilla Grodd, what have you. But that changed when a superhuman virus outbreak occurred, courtesy of Lex Luthor's old man, and basically made the heroes of today. Alan Scott, Jay Garrick, Kal-El, Diana Prince... they all became heroes, and some became villains. Three years have passed, and they're just beginning to make a name for themselves. Where they really make an impact is for everyone else to decide.
What will this RPG bring to the RPG forums: I think it'll allow for some people to really get creative with the DCU. This is a future where heroes are needed more than others, and it's nothing like the world of today. So... get to it, you ****ers!
