I'd imagine you just start a new thread in the Other RPG section. Unless you're required to make a seperate GM account.

It's not a requirement, it's mostly done to make it easier for GMs and AGMs both to edit rosters.

But if Carnage is just gonna do it himself, a separate account is unnecessary.
