Character You Would Like To Play: Wade Winfred Wilson

Powers: Teleportation granted by his mutant X-Gene. That is all from the point I’m starting at.


Basic History Of The Character (Up until this point): Wade Wilson was diagnosed with psychosis at an early age after beating a fellow pupil to death with a wooden ruler in elementary school. He spent the entirety of his childhood and adolescence in a padded room, causing his mind to snap further. One thing the staff noticed about Wade was his paranoid delusions regarding the ‘4th Wall’ and an increasingly bizarre sense of humour. One thing they could never explain was his sporadic disappearances from his cell, A professor named Charles Xavier was consulted, revealing that the boy was a mutant, a teleporter to be precise. Xavier requested that the child go home with him but the asylum would not allow it, having bigger plans for the deranged Wade Wilson…

Pre-Mutant, Post-Mutant, Or Other? (Beings unpowered or of cosmic origin): Post-Mutant... I suppose, shouldn’t it be ‘Post Human’?

Three Reasons Why You Have Chosen That Character:
1. My 2nd favourite character of all time.
2. I played him in the original DoM game and it’s probably the most fun I’ve ever had writing a character
3. I didn’t get to write his origin last time around. I plan to rectify that.


What Do You Plan On Doing With This Character As A Person (IE: How are you changing him or her?): As you can tell with what I’ve already said, the origin is rather different to his 616 or Ultimate counter-parts. I plan to take Wade from almost the very beginning. Oh… I also changed his middle name for no reason whatsoever…

Two Complete Sentences In Proper English Explaining What You Can Bring To This RPG (As A Player): An original and, hopefully, funny take on an already great character. Come on, I’m bringing Deadpool, what more do you need!?

BTW, how many characters are we allowed at first? Personally, I think it should be one until the RPG gets goin'. Hell, since we already have quite a few people willing to play ANYWAY, we should limit characters to only one just so everybody gets their most prefered character right off the bat.
