I was finishing up my workout today when I decided to see if I could still do a cartwheel-- something I haven't done since I was a kid. Turns out I still can. So suck it, overweight sedentary lifestyle!

Can anyone else do any tumbling tricks or flips? Are there any actual gymnasts among us?

I've done the occasional accidental somersault.

I can't do any of that... but I never could!

I am ridiculously flexible, though. In fact, I held the High School record for the v-sit and reach. Which made me the most flexible dude in school. Awesome? Not really.

You mean falling on your ass while pretending that you meant to because you realize that, like, a thousand people are watching? Yeah, me too.

I might be in bed, but I dunno, since I am a virgin. :o

Seriously though, I could do bad looking cartwheels as a kid. Like...I could do them, but the cartwheels be looking fugly, I think.

I was before I was fat and had back problems from my leg. I think when I lose weight I could be close to my old level.

I am somewhat. I'm just scared of slipping when it comes to flips. I can flip forward, and roll all kinds of ways, but I've never done a back flip for fear of busting my head.

I could do front flips as a kid and cartwheels are easy. I'm out on the piss tonight so I'll let you know if I still can tomorrow.

I can do a front flip standing up... and a spring board...

not lately thoug, since my hamstrings are stll partially torn

I'm pretty flexible and agile. I can touch my chin with my knee if that means anything. I'm can climb scaffolding real quick too.

Did gymnastics in high school, but that was a long time ago, maybe still be able to do some stuff if I tried. I use to do flips as a party trick in college.

Tried doing a somersault lastweek..damn neared broke my neck!!!!
