I never get ID'd, but I don't mind. None of my ID's (work, school, license, etc) doesn't look anything like me.

Okay, I am having a problem in photoshop cs6 I can't figure it out When I paste something into a document, it doesn't let me move it much. Like a cm. The layer isn't locked, and I can move it by pressing the arrows but I can't possibly do that a bunch of times. Anyone know what's wrong?
