NBC showed Six Months Ago and Fallout last saturday back to back and I noticed something:

it seems that the agency Mr Bennet and his associates work for have been doing all this research and development in a very underground kind of way, and it also seemed that Eden and The Haitian have been fed up with the approach their boss had been taken, so they've decided to take a more hands on apporach into the whole special people locating methods

apparently, they had a means of tracking and keeping tabs on them, but Chandra seemed to have developed an even better, faster and more efficient way of doing so, hence "the list"

I don't think Bennet is looking for people "on the list" to save them from Sylar. Maybe in some way, so that Syler doesn't become too powerful. But I think it's to control and regulate them...maybe even use them for government purposes (like war)

he didn't "use" Matt or Ted and he had them right where he wanted them

It seems that whenever Bennett uses people with powers, he makes them an offer. Eden was offered a job. Matt was just captured, and had god-only-knows-what did to him. Meanwhile, Isaac was brought in, offered help with his powers, and let go without a second thought.

I think, for the most part, their job is to figure out just how their powers work. Notice they captured Ted (a man who leaks radioactive energy), but they let him go. We don't know what they did to him, but they did let him go on with his life. They didn't keep him to use as a weapon. They didn't offer him a job working for them. They didn't contain him just in case his power was a threat to the general public.

I meant, I told Mohinder's father about what I know about Sylar. He didn't know, and sadly he ended up getting killed. But he told me to find his son before. I don't know who killed him. I found Mohinder and told him but he doesn't believe me. I found A few people like me. That's my proof.
