I think the script leak from BB has shaped the way Nolan is handling TDK.

If you listen to the special features from the BB DVD and hear Nolan talk about how he wanted to make sure everything was kept close to the chest for BB, you won't be a bit surprised that they are keeping things extra secretive for TDK.
