Yeah.If this is a new reboot, I say Arnold is gone. Or he just does a fan service cameo.
And I really hope they get The Rock to play the new terminator.
Is it weird that I didn't get anxious over reboots of beloved characters like Batman, Superman and Spider-Man but this Terminator reboot seems really wrong to me. I don't know how it's going to work and I can't say I like the idea.
Willing to give it a shot though.
And no to The Rock...just no. He almost has too much personality to the play that role and it wouldn't be believable at all.
It's because those characters have been rebooted a million times in comicbooks. That's the nature of the Superhero genre. Terminator 1 and 2 are classics and have never been anything but James Cameron's vision. I'm not jumping up and down about a reboot but I've used all of my rage on the Robocop reboot. I'm all out of reboot rage.Is it weird that I didn't get anxious over reboots of beloved characters like Batman, Superman and Spider-Man but this Terminator reboot seems really wrong to me. You clearly haven't seen Faster. He can do easily do it.
I thought the "no arnold, no one cares about the terminator" factor was established after salvation failed?
I believe one of the opinions was the only way you get a successful Terminator is with arnold and that's why he was so important to secure when the franchise was re-purchased?
