The scene in The Fallen where Oliver basically tells Felicity to **** when she started getting all angsty was a highlight for me.

They only have 42 minutes in an episode ok! It would require a WHOLE scene explaining to Laurel that Oliver isn't coming back.....which already happened...but! they would have to film ANOTHER scene that explains to Laurel that he is taking up the mantle of Ra's soon, and that he sacrificed himself for Thea. Or as some Olicity fans like to say "Laurel is his ex girlfriend who knew Ollie Queen, the playboy, she doesn't know Oliver Queen after he came back from the island like Diggle/Thea/Felicity do"

Ya I haven't been Laurel's biggest fan but even I think it's dumb for her not to be in that scene.

I would say maybe there might be an explanation for why but I would be lying if I told you I think there'll be one.


Thinking about it, it actually makes absouletly no sense after they had the scene where Felicity went to Laurel crying and telling her Oliver was gone
