For some reason I am not allowed to post pictures. Does a person have to have a minimum number of posts before they are allowed to post attachments? I have tried to contact the website but have never gotten a response back.

You should contact a mod and ask. I reckon that if you need a certain amount of posts before you can post a picture, it would be 300.

I can't see any pictures in this thread. It just looks like people are agreeing to nothing.

Glad to see Human Target showing up, but it makes me sad for the series that was axed.

The best thing to do is use an image host - http://tinypic.com/

You'll be able to upload via the attachments option once you have 300 posts.

I wonder who the guy in the quasi-armor is supposed to be. Its rather elaborate to be just a nameless mook assassin, but I don't recognize it as looking like an existing DC character.

Nope, You viewed them so they are in your cache, that is why you can see them, but if you hotlinked them then the site you did it from must have a blocker in to stop people stealing their badnwidth.
