Astonishing Marvel: New Imprint

Marvel is launching a new Astonshing imprint and the first 2 titles to come out of it will be a new Astonshing X-men series and Astonshing Spiderman/Wolverine. Theres more info here: http://marvel.com/news/comicstories.11322.the_astonishing_line_expands

Thats what I was thinking. It might be Marvel's equivalent to DC's All Star line

She defiently doesnt look fit to be Queen of Wakanda like that. Gone are her class and elegance in favor of this new trashy look

I'm passing on the X-Men, but I might pick up Spidey/Wolverine. I too, like when they're paired up.

even more ultimate than the ultimate line....and we are using this to focus on the same characters in the X-men that we have been focusing on in the other books.

I miss the days of 4 Spiderman books. You didnt need to create another line to tell stories in the 616

I don't get the need for this at all. Warren Ellis' Astonishing just started actually coming out monthly. Why does this need to be a new imprint? and to that first image I like that art style but not that image, did Frost's butt collapse?

Ellis' AXM was monthly for like 2-3 months. The last issue came out in Dec and the next will come out in March. That book's release schedule is and always has been a joke

lol..well the plan was for it to go monthly but that didnt last for too long. At least with the relaunch, they are coming out and saying upfront that it will come out once every 2 months
