Infinity War Avengers 5?

Just spitballing, but what do you think or expect it will look like? Who would be in it? Would they need to change up the game or can they just continue it in the same vein as current Avengers films and fans won't complain?

Not even trying to think that far ahead. Hoping after A4 we don't get one for another 4-5 years. Have to build up the next threat and can focus on incorporating the Fox characters slowly.

I don't know what we will see, but I'll speculate instead on what (or rather, who) I think we wont see, and that'll be the following:

• Steve Rogers
• Tony Stark
• Bruce Banner
• Thor
• Natasha Romanoff
• Clint Barton

If the Infinity War sequel does indeed intend to wrap up on everything we've seen before, then I genuinely suspect that the team of Avengers in Avengers 5 will be a very different, and very new mix of people.

Or not? I genuinely think there are more people against the idea of an MCU Avengers vs X-Men than there are for it.

I hope the FOX/Disney merger is complete by then, so we can get some other interesting villains—Kang, The Leader, Dr. Doom, Galactus, or MODOK & AIM. I'd prefer MODOK, because it'd mean AIM, which could cause the heroes to split up into smaller-scale fights around the world.

I'd say all of these with the (possible) exception of Vision have a good chance.

They are secondary characters who have been around phase 1 or 2. Without Cap and Tony, I don't really see War Machine, Bucky and Falcon being relevant to the team.

I wouldn't be against not having one in phase 4. I don't want to see X-Men vs Avengers though.

We can get small team ups in the phase every now and then like Ragnarok.

What is the trepidation for that, is it the concept of the Avengers and X-Men being in conflict, or is it that s***** phoenix 5 storyline from the comics. Because I'm just talking about doing a movie centered around a conflict between the two teams, not the adaption of that stroyline.

I like Strange and T'Challa, but the others, naw, I think I will pass until they start bringing in the X-Men. Maybe if they were to include Matt and Frank, then perhaps I will have my curiosity peaked.

Thinking more on it, we've potentially got the following Avengers around and into Phase 4:

• Black Panther
• Doctor Strange
• Spider-Man
• Scarlet Witch
• Captain Marvel
• Ant Man
• The Wasp

Potentially also with the inclusion of

• Falcon
• War Machine
• Black Widow
• Winter Soldier/White Wolf
• Hawkeye
• Vision
• Thor
• Hulk

That's not to account for any additional heroes the MCU brings in next.

In any case, that's quite a large cast to have in every Avengers film moving forward, so I'm wondering whether each of the newer Avenger films will have a rotating line-up, depending upon who (or what?) the threat is.

I think Thor will be more cosmic moving forward. It would be nice if he went off with the Guardians to find the rest of his people and then only returned if [we] were desperate. If Captain Marvel turns out to be as powerful as speculated, having both her and Thor would somewhat negate the purpose of other team members.

Avengers 5? All their contracts are over with Avengers 4, so no need to bring back the OG except maybe 1 or 2 in a mentor role. The team will basically be different.
