Age of Ultron Avengers: Age of Ultron Set Photos (high quality) Set pics

Not really understanding the complaints of it looking bulky compared to the SHIELD uniform. They took the exact same template and added America to it.

They've used the same template but its undoubtedly baggier/loosed in the midriff and legs.

Me either. I like it that way and I'm sure Chris appreciates the comfort because HE'S the one that has to move around in the thing and he wasn't too fond of the one from Avengers either. I think it's perfect and he wears it well.

Does that really seems a "baggy" or busy as the AoU suit?

Both are perfection and the one from AOU is inspired from both in TWS so there's that. The AOU one ain't changing and it doesn't need to. And I really wouldn't expect a SHIELD stealth suit to be decorated, the operative word being stealth.

Hm, I don't know, guess I can't really see how its significantly more baggy. Either way, it looks great and its without a doubt less baggy than the original (which is still awesome).

One thing I didnt like on the First Avenger outfit was those buckles on the red stripes. Whats the purpose of that?

It's supposed to be military webbing.

The thing with the TWS suit and the AOU suit is... the TWS is meant as a stealthy operations suit. It's not going to be as busy or colourful.

The AOU is a superhero suit. It's a symbol. Just like the WWII suit and that is why Steve chose to wear that over his SHIELD suit at the end.

Its baggier in both the midsection and the legs, which are the areas that you can't see in the photo youve posted of the AoU costume.

"Parachute"..Purposes

The reason why I didnt think that was practical was, parachutes are supposed to be put on separately with their own buckles. Why would you want buckles permanently on your suit? So you can run around with an open parachute attached to you? Not too good for movement.

Ex: Cap actually put on a parachute in Avengers and no permanent buckles on his suit were needed.

Yeah, I agree. Love all what they've done with the suit post-Avengers, but the dragon mail would make just take it to the next level. However, I do like the utilitarian but still iconic style they've created.

They could have easily made the AoU suit to be exactly like the TWS Strike uniform in terms of fit and material, seeing as they've done it before.

Seems to me like the new uniform is bulkier for a reason. He was a stealth agent in TWS, he's going to be a full fledged superhero in AoU. It would explain the larger shoulders and bulkier frame.

Robert Downey Jr. shared this from the AoU set.

I'm confused ??????

The bulkier/baggier look is no big deal to me and not worth me commenting on beyond this comment.

isn't that the mark 3?

you know..i guess its just standing there as one of many props...nothing movie related at all...he just says...im iron man;-)

^^ I think its an inspirational thing. Imagine having an Iron Man suit in your room.

i certainly would;-)...nah not really, there's not enough space...even my live size spidey is still hanging in a cellar somewhere else then close to my home. whatever

I think in part it was made from or in likeness of
a Parachute straps I don't remember where I read that before.
At least to look Practical.

Im loving the new outfits. I wasn't a huge fan of the mark 42 but going back to the red base and gold accents is a good idea. Hawkeye's jacket is pretty cool, much better than his vest. Cap just looks great, I hated his avengers costume.
So did I.WHere did you see Hawkeyes outfit?
Man I just wish Hawkeye could at lest have some head covering which is practical and some cool Visors that may even emulate his side horns or comthing even make them with some tech for distance of a arrow shot or night vision it would even make sense.
Het you know what I never noticed this is probably stupid of me but are his horns supposed to represent a Hawks wings???
Cause it looks that way in the Illustration above.

Heres a cool idea but it doesnt have to be so dramatic.

Oh Lord I just saw it and I hate it it looks so Impractical and Bulky.
His character is lame too he should be the Idiot he is in the comics the Loud mouth arragant one unless there afraid he will upstage Stark.
In the earlier comics he was the difiant one like Wolverine was to the X-men.Even stepped off to form his own Avengers once.

Actually more then once he quit.
Actually taking things into account he is probably the most important or one of the most important Avengers there ever was.Technically speaking. Why do I say this because think about it how many Avengers or at least he was the first to start off a whole new team which ran for a while and has his own book twice I believe.Im saying in technical terms. So he along with Hank Pym are getting some really Raw deals.Oh and not in the realm of this conversation or Movie studio but poor Cyclops too.
Hawkeye...no wonder he quit so many times...
