So assuming the robot behind Tony and Steve is Ultron, the set picture we got was either a really early Ultron incarnation, or something else entirely. He's missing the grate on his head, and the antennae are aimed upwards, not down like the set picture. Also considerably less shiny... I'm still thinking what the set picture captured was a Dreadnought. Anyone else disagree still?

That silver Ultron looks like a mutated version of the Mark II armor. Maybe it's an early Ultron incarnation where he takes over the armor or something?

I have a feeling what they'll do is have Tony build heaps of suits/robots to protect the city when the avengers are away doing there own individual things. and then something goes bad causing them to become evil, and maybe theres one master robot (Ultron) and the avengers will have to fight them!

I hope not. I thought Tony learned his lesson after IM3 about building so many suits.

Wasn't the lesson that he spent 6 or so months after the events of A1 making 35 suits, and it had basically become his life making suit after suit.

It will now have been over 2 years, he could easily have made 10-15 suits without it feeling like that is all he is doing. Not only that it would take hours for him/JARVIS to rebuild his suits from IM3 as they already would have been designed.

Yeah I don't think actually having the suits was ever a problem, especially seeing as how he needed them to save the president and defeat the mandarin

Well they already kind of negated Iron Man 3 by making an actual Mandarin who is out there getting ticked off at Trevor and drinking mai tais or something.
