Barbie
I just know somewhere Allan and Lego Robin would obviously be best pals.
MY FULL REVIEW
4.5/5
So WB will try to lock down Gerwig for Barbie II. With her being into Narnia production, what’s the play? Will they wait 3-4 years or try to get it out in 2?
Is she interested doing a sequel?
Nothing can be negotiated til the strike is over which could be months. And Greta is doing Narnia so could be years before anything even happens. So WB will try to lock down Gerwig for Barbie II. Narnia could have great visuals with her in charge. Really glad she was up for doing that.So WB will try to lock down Gerwig for Barbie II. With her being into Narnia production, what’s the play? Will they wait 3-4 years or try to get it out in 2?

Absolutely no reason to make a sequel to this creatively. If Greta wanted to, I'd trust her it was the right call but this clearly stands on its own.Nothing can be negotiated til the strike is over which could be months. And Greta is doing Narnia so could be years before anything even happens.
They don’t need a sequel just like Lego Movie didn’t.
Thing is how do you DO Barbie 2? This felt like a pretty firm one-and-done story. Im not sure how you continue it.
Then again i shouted the same thing about Joker and here we are so what do I know. Lol

Honestly opening the same day as Oppenheimer is the best thing that could have happened for both movies. The marketing for this has been so good. Great cross promotion too.
Especially in light of the DC brand crashing and burning, WB needs money making franchises yesterday, so yeah, a Barbie universe of films is 100% happening.
Like how does someone watch the Barbie movie and come out of it thinking the movie was "hating men"?
It is not an overly complicated movie, how are the messages not clear as day?
