You dont have to give them a reason. You paid for a product and you want a refund. They are have to give you that back. Since it was cash, then they would give you your cash back. Even if you did tell them you are getting it at BB, they cant do anything about that.

then you should have no problem. you are the customer. and, as Havok said, you have every right to demand a refund of your cash.

I would also suggest not shaving that day ( if you are a guy, which I am assuming given your screenname ), wearing tattered clothes, and giving them puppy eyes when asking for a refund.......

Tim Sale's Catwoman is unlockable?

Awesome. I like his Catwoman alot.

I was never a big fan of Tim Sale. I love the stories he's associated with (Long Halloween/Dark Victory) and some of his framing looks great but the actual character design and style leaves a lot to be desired for me.

That being said, it'd be kinda cool to see Catwoman with the tail.

Ive decided to cancel my pre-order from gamestop and swith it to best buy..
But i have alreadt paid every penny for the gamestop pre order.
My question is, can i cancel a full paid out pre order and get all my money back then use that money for my best buy pre order??

Dude absolutely you can do that. If u paid cash they'll just give u that back, if u used trade in credit they'll give u store credit. You can absolutely cancel on them tho, but be warned they are gonna do everything they can to hassle you into not canceling, but eff them man. Canceled preorders look REALLY bad on the store. I'm gonna be doing the same thing tho man. Iv got abkut 80 dollars in preorders and I'm going to cancel every one of them at the same time. I can't wait to screw up their numbers for the day.

I hate Tim Sale's art and his ugly Catwoman costume. More like Ratwoman, imo.

I really like his artwork. It's minimalist, and not going for realism which works for me. I don't like his Selina, but really like his Catwoman. I want a Brick house. I kinda like his Darwyn Cooke-designed version a bit more. I really like his Batman and Two-Face too.

Tim Sale's Joker has some crazy ****ing teeth.

I love Tim Sale. I really do. I love his artwork on The Long Halloween and Dark Victory (and Haunted Knight as well for that matter) but I'm not such a huge fan on his Joker. The teeth are a bit too huge, but it is good to see an artist have a distinct vision of iconic characters.
I think his best work was on either Superman For All Seasons (LOVE his Smallville art) or Daredevil Yellow.
I'd actually say he's one of my favourite artists.

There was no hassle when i canceled. At first it didnt go through because i needed an id to cancel (which makes no sense) so i had to wait for my dad to come and stop by. And the cashiers were two girls, so the only hassle i recieved was "are you SUURE you want to cancel the pre-order " (sad face) and i got my money back.
I cant make it to the midnight release though because its a school day

yeah.....Catwoman up there does look a little "ratty."

personally, I love her Arkham City look, and I only wish she looked more like that in The Dark Knight Rises ( with perhaps a little less cleavage showing......lol ).

Hey guys I got a questions, so far i've pre-ordered this game at 2 different places to make sure I get the skins and Robin DLC, my question though, is can we use the Batman Skins during gameplay? or only during Challenge maps?

The alternate skins can be used in both the challenge maps, and story mode.

It does suck for the individual you canceled on tho as they are looked at as doing something wrong by the higher ups. If u happened to deal with a good sales assoc that can be a bummer.

I do have the reg ed on preorder at BB for the Robin code tho. Hopefully they'll just email me that code and i can then return the game once i have it.

God, this game is huge! I'm so excited for the 18th. I really wish all the skins were available in game, though. I would kill for either the Year One or Earth One suits.

so, each time you cancel a preorder, that's considered a "mark" against that particular sales assoc?

how bout if you cancel a preorder and apply it to another game, or switch from one console to the other?

I like all the sales assocs at my GS........so I'd hate to make them look bad in the eyes of their higher up(s).
