Game Informer has it exclusive. All the information and screenshots are Game Informer exclusives. It's pretty much all coming from GI.

100% agree with you. That design is iconic, and never gets old for me. Sad, too, because that design can't be found anywhere, anymore. Even in the comics they've shifted Harley's design more towards the Arkham games.

I adore Timm's Harley. But that design doesn't work outside BTAS universe. Unfortunately. They had to move on.
