Just saying, remember all that marketing for City around Hugo Strange?

And all that marketing around Black Mask for Arkham origins?

While with hugo at least he was really hugo and not pretending to be like joker with black mask and like clay face pretending to be joker lol

Can I present some evidence to the contrary?

It looks ****ing rad.

That armor looks like something from the Schumacher movies, minus the nipples.

The hell it does. No Schumacher suit would have looked that good.

I WISH the Schumacher suits had looked like that. I definitely don't mind a bit of robotics in the Batsuit. Especially considering all the superpowered foes he faces

wo
You know what been done to death? Batman saving the day, and becomes Batman the next day.

that's not the same. Batman being here to save the day is a statu quo. A twist about an enemy being the hero's psyche ain't a statu quo. A twist is supposed to surprise you. There is nothing surprising in this kind of twist.

Maybe the twist is Batman legitimately dies, and the player takes control of the Arkham Knight at the conclusion of the game/freeplay?

I don't think it will happen, but how would people feel about that?

I if I remember correctly, most people weren't happy to play as Jack in the universally acclaimed Red Dead Redemption. also, I would prefer if they didn't put a twist, since Rocksteady is really bad when it comes to twist, and focus on trying to write a good story, which they still have to do. Arkham Origins is the only game that has a twist that works (it could have been a disaster, but thanks to the great writing, and the fact that outsite of Moench's stories, Black Mask is lame, it really works), and a really good story, with awesome characterization. The Rocksteady games have been really lacking in terms of characterization, and here is hoping Knight will be way different. I'm confident it can, since Geoff Johns is helping them, like he did on Origins though.

Just saw the trailer
I might hate driving for a while, hope they are not forced

I think the driving might get annoying during Batmobile riddler missions but will be fun as an option in free roam,I'm not expecting a lot of driving main missions and one or two might be a bit challenging but I am sure most of them will be F U N!

will the batmobile be the only car, or will enemies have cars too?

I think I'm suffering from Batman fatigue. Because even after I watched all the Trailers, I'm simply not that excited for the game. I think I'm disappointed that the Arkham formula didn't get switched up at all. Sure, we will get new gameplay elements with the Batmobile, but we once again deal with an empty Gotham, fighting numerous villains in an adventure, that is once again supposed to take place in a single night.

With each new title, the games get bigger and bigger, but the premise never changes.

I'd trade in my game immediately.

I get excited for these games cause of being Batman&the gameplay and not primarily how the story plays out,If it was a comic or film then sure of course but for games my main interest is Batman himself/gadgets and of course free roaming.

I think the premise makes kinda sense for the trilogy..however that is all just my opinion and I can understand the disappointment,I'll be disappointed if the new Bat game after this one is yet again the same since this is supposed to be the end of the Arkham saga or at least should the premise

This should be the last Batman game, at least for a while. They should have Rocksteady move onto other characters. That rumored JL concept for example could be interesting

That type of thing is what caused me to get bored of watching 24.

There's a rumored JL game by Rocksteady?

I actually hope it's a Suicide Squad game by WB Montreal.

This won't be fun the first few times

They said there will be car chases.
I sure hope they learnt not to make it bad
I'm looking at Resident Evil 6 car chase segment, that one is horrible

At least Joker won't be the big bad, or so they said

Last one from Rocksteady at least

Nah, I'm pretty sure Rocksteady debunked it when they debunked their TMNT project, they won't do co-op games

It's no more repetitive than Zelda or Mario, who have used the same premise for 30+ (?) years. Save from aesthetic changes, gameplay improvements, the premise of saving a dumbass princess remains. They can't change things too much, or they alienate the fans they've built up. Rocksteady put Batman on the map with gamers, so that it doesn't seem out of place to name him with other titles like Uncharted, Zelda, Halo, etc. No small feat.

But if that doesn't sit well, this is their last game yes? Someone can try something new after this one. The Batmobile is like one of those last promises to be met. And I'm intrigued at a potential new villain entering the mythos (though there's easily a SHOCKING TWIST~ coming).

I'll take Batman fatigue over, say, Spider-Man fatigue. At least there's some genuine effort going into Batman-based products. :(
