How can we narrow it down?

Scarecrow hinted at a plot in AC.
Azrael warned Batman of a plot in AC.
AK appears to be someone who knows Batman and wants vengeance upon him. He also sounds young. He's in control of a massive army, an army with heavy weaponry - ranging from tanks to swords.

Suspects.
Damian - wants revenge of Batman for his mother's death and has turned TLOA into his own personal army.
Jean Paul Valley - wants to surpass and exact revenge of Batman. The army could be connected to the Order of St. Dumas. Michael Lane's Azrael may have come to warn Batman.
Thomas Wayne Jr. Wants to surpass and have revenge against his brother for being favoured as a child while he was abandoned. The army might be connected to the Court of Owls.

Or it might be somebody else, who has somehow come into his own personal army. But I can't think of anybody else with that kind of power in the Arkham games.

Azrael came to warn Batman before Talia died, and if this what he was alluding to, it couldn't be Damian.
So it could support the theory of the OOSD being involved.
Scarecrow may have already been plotting this by AC, and Tim Drake was present and Dick Grayson wasn't...he was absent for some reason

Of course the warning from Azrael could be separate from this plot and his warning was regarding something else, which could mean Damian IS a suspect.

Nothing to suggest TWJ or TCOO, but who knows?

I really don't think it's Damian cause he rather do him self if that were the case and that also if they Don't have him use the leagues assassin's & they have yet to add him to the sires some how it would come of as a bit weird for to be ow when he should have bee added earlier some how.

there's that weird mistake that rep from rock steady stated about Night wing making deal with scare and arknight doi the same suggesting they are both the same. which in the arkham wika these days .

but as you said that makes no sense and the voice with accent that sounded spaish or latino said he'll have his revenge and not mention sounded like some one was talking to the knight in that part with that attack/assult chopper he was piloting. both him and Tim wanting revenge o bat ma makes no sense . I noticed you skipped Jason. seeing that Jason will be playable as him self some how I doubt it'll be him. I'm hopin it's a new character like how the animated Latter BATS movies did it execution wise . where we meet for that person/character for that installment of a story like in mask of the phantasm and mystery of the bat women well it all told i this one story how that person has a history with Bruce.


keep in mind with the latter movie. one of the 3 women that was bat woman was one of the people that made his tech/gadgets adthe prottype to terrys/ bruce suit in beyond that he used o his case's which was very close to home. the same case could be said here.

I don't think it was Bane though. It didn't sound gruff or South American enough. It was a foreign accent for sure though.

well I hope it's what I said with the mystery of the batwoman where oe of the people work worked for him helped make his gadgets etc or some way related similar some how that was an interesting twist. that one wasn't evil thouh she just want to free her boyfriend she looked about the same ae as both iht wing and barbra then there was the ducain daughter that was sick of how her dad did busness and ruined other peoples lives the the cop that wanted revenge on the the ducain father for what happened to her own father. who were that girls partners. just saying it could be someone that worked for him some how and it could be for that story alone . all characters were new all reason's for why they did what they did delt with in that story installment.

So I think it's a new character who is the exact opposite of Batman the total big bad of The Arkham series.

I liked the Arkham Knight's voice. I'm not getting my hopes up, but if Rocksteady succeeds in creating a new original villain that is actually a match for Batman (let's face it, not many of Batman's villains can give him trouble, physically at least) it would be quite the achievement.

this is my problem the Arkham knight from what I know. Doesn't have a accent or one that sounds similar to that and he's supposed to sound younger that accented voice sounded a bit older.

While with the game play from what we saw. of con's stuff he had a voice changer, yes but he sounded younger with no accent, and it sounded to me with this voice like he was talking to the Arkham knight.

not the Knight talking to his men but that person talking to the Arkham Knight and the men. The point is to me it sounded like that person talking to the Arkham knight & the latter has beef with Bruce as bat man . Lets just wait for more.

The voice could be a modified voice and so an accent doesn't mean anything or it could be someone else's voice that pulls the strings of AK.

Right I just checked again it might be the Scarecrow that said that to Arkham Knight my bad.

It sounded like him I checked the other trailer before it when Scarecrow talked.

But that doesn't mean someone else won't be there with a higher rank for what ever reason. We'll have to find out

Could be Ra's who's back after using the pit and he could be the real one behind AK who can still either be Damian or a new character that Ra's trained.

If they had kept the voice actor from the first game, we wouldn't be debating it

The part Scarecrow talked to Arkham Knight was in the beginning of the trailer when he had a shot on Batman.

Check it and look at the previous trailer you will hear the same voice

Speculations on AK and other characters will continue to suck and especially on here since it's been going on since the game was officially announced and likely will be happening every day until June

Azrael alludes to AK as "the ashes of Arkham". So he's been plotting against Batman since after AA and not AC.

So from that, who in AA could hate Batman enough to want to bring him down, and who has the money and power to acquire an army such as AK's?
