I am incredibly hyped for this Batgirl DLC, and so keen for Harley's classic costume. Hopefully it comes as an alternate for the story pack, but probably not.

Regardless, Barbara looks fantastic. I mean, Cass is the better Batgirl, but I'll take what I can get, and I'll certainly take Montreal's writiing.

That sure looks like Tim as Robin. It kind of makes sense that the time scale for Babs being shot and Jason being killed would be entirely new here; we've still got less than a decade of time for Bruce's entire career, a fully grown Nightwing active in Blüdhaven, a Death in the Family that takes place over at least 6 months before Tim becomes Robin, and Tim and Babs close enough in age for Rocksteady's confused writers to have them get married at the end of AK. So we've probably got a young, rookie-ish Tim Drake alongside a veteran Babs just before Joker shoots her.

And yes, Babs looks badass. In fact, she's probably the most dangerous version of the character yet, since she's got Oracle tech skills and resources side by side with mobile fighting style. I never got why the New 52 put her back in the costume, had her still put in a wheelchair by Joker, and then threw out her victory over those "limitations" to become a far greater threat to crime as Oracle. Seemed like it made her a third stringer in a continuity where there's still four Robins, and three of them seem to operate autonomously with huge resources.

And yeah, Cass is still cooler. Maybe WB Montreal can get the writes to make a huge cast for a co-op game set after AK with a plethora of Batgirls alongside the Robins as a prototype Batman Inc.

break the sword. I believe if you choose to kill him Batman counters, knocks you out and locks Azrael up.

Yeah, I assumed most people broke the sword. In my first playthrough I didn't even pick up the sword and went straight for the elevator. When I played in story+ I chose to kill Batman. I think I liked that one better.

I love the interactions between the villains in the jail cell.

Fun fact: Arkham Knight is the first story to show Pyg's face.

My only nitpick is that they insisted on showing his face everywhere (bio, trophy, etc.) once he was beaten. It's like showing the Mad Hatter without his hat.

Less of them doesn't make them easier. A lot of City's ones were just sitting in plain sight, or just behind breakable walls etc. They're not difficult.

And have you completed all of Knight's riddles because several of them involved scanning and gliding.



That's only natural, and valid, too, since this game franchise has set a standard and AK didn't live up to it in many ways.

Yeah agree that less riddlers doesn't mean easier. Origins had like 200 something of them compared to city like 440 yet I found citys to be much easier then origins. Origins riddlers took me way longer then citys. I have yet to really start on the ones in knight so I cant really say how I fell about them yet but I think the riddlers are one of the best things about these games so I have no issue like some people do with them.

hmmm I believe I said a warning about this before. the writer for arkham Origin's was from DC and may not be there( with the studio still) post Origin's this story may be from Sefton the the crysis 3 writers.
they're using the studio, yes the same writer still being there & being used for this DLC , is up in the air. For now.


So befor warned . we'll see how this story is regardless. it's still possible it will be good if it's not the one wrote Origins.
