Man after looking at all this great stuff, I really wish I could manip like you guys. Anyone willing to tutorial me on Photoshop? I know most of the basics but I'm completely lost when it comes to more advanced stuff.

The face is maniped just a bit to get some hair out of his face but otherwise it's all Heath in that picture, only made as a joker. I didn't change any facial structure.
