I was thinking Bradford, i'm just at York for uni but depending on when the movies out I might be back home near Southampton for Christmas.

But I have family in Manchester so maybe an impromtu visit will be in order!

I am super excited to read this news, But I wish they would of said if we are getting it online any earlier. So it still leaves some of the viral's up for possibility. At least we know we have two clips coming our way.

Guys the 2 first trailers, even with Spidey 3 and BB are called Teaser Trailers.

Theatrical Trailers are only released 2 to three months before the film.

TDK's first is a Teaser=no footage

TDK December's is a Teaser Trailer=footage, but no story outline.

Nah the Teaser trailer will have just footage of everyone, it won't be a specific kind of thing. Just like BB's second Teaser Trailer that was released in December.

I'm not overly worried...I'm sure it will turn up online sooner or later. The thing is...if someone records footage from an Imax screen with a camcorder....isn't it going to look a bit crap? Like worse than most cams?

I find it so much easier to call teasers with no footage = ANNOUNCEMENT TRAILERS, then teasers with some real footage TEASER TRAILERSS, then the trailer 2-3 months before hand the THEARTICAL TRAILER

Yea that is a good way of putting it.

It does get confusing on how I say it. I always called the ones like from T2 or TDK things that are not in the movie or have no footage I called them always "Teasers" for a while with BB and T3 thats what Apple called em. Then the ones with footage were Teaser Trailers.

But Announcement Trailer does sound better, and less confusing.

No try back to 1990 with Terminator 2's Teaser /announcement trailer. Of the T-800 being built in a factory. That was all it was. Footage made by Stan just for an announcement trailer I remember it was attatched to Total Recall.

EDIT: I remember Face/Off and its teaser/announcement trailer of John and Nick just sitting in chairs, and the camera rotates around them as they talk.

In just two weeks, on December 14, Warner Bros. will release the teaser trailer for Batman Begins sequel The Dark Knight in standard theaters with I Am Legend. As was previously announced, the studio will be showing the 7-minute opening scene of "Dark Knight" before the screenings of "Legend" in IMAX.

Yeah, I think the footage would look a little bit crappier. But let's see what happens before we guess. Maybe somehow, the footage would look fine.

See, that's what I thought Nolan was implying in that video that surfaced on IMAX's website recently. I have been under the impression that the "prologue" attached to I Am Legend will just be that same video of Nolan discussing shooting the movie, and that the real IMAX stuff will be the film in its entirety come July.
