This "fan Edit" is online, though I will not say as a simple google did the trick for me.

Schumacher has made more Batman movies then he has seenSchumacher?
Why are people trying to turn Schumacher's movies into Burton movies? They simply aren't.
I wish that the studio would permit Schumacher to release a director's edit of Batman Forever. The deleted scenes - especially Bruce's confrontation with the Bat in the cave and the Red Ledger subplot-would have improved the movie considerably. In all honesty, if they re-installed those, removed the cartoon sound effects (such as those playing when Riddler attacks the Batcave,) it would be a much better film. Even the watered down theatrical cut is still a viable film: I've always considered it the Steve Englehart era refracted through the Batman (1966) television program.
Off-topic, I cannot remember if it was for BF or B&R, but I recall reading that H.R. Giger was commissioned to design a Batmobile for one of the films. I would love to see his designs (he is one of my favorite artists.)
