Batman Forever Gadgets used in promotions that were never used

as a kid i remember a few gadgets that they showed in advertisments but never actually got used in the film. one was the black "folding" batarang (not the silver sonar one), the really cool looking silver bat-cuffs, and there was a riddler gadget that always intrigued me in photos (i think the coloring books) that featured a question marked shaped case that had 2 human hands pop out of it. not sure what the heck that was supposed to do. anyway i always found it a shame these gadgets never got screentime. you can see some of them hanging in the batcave wall but they never got any action.
