So, I rented Batman & Robin recently, since I haven't seen it in a while and wanted to see if it was truly as bad as people said.

Yeah. It is. How youth had clouded my vision. (Does Schwarzeneggar have a line that's not a one-liner? Cripes.)
However, throughout the film I did notice a number of sequences or shots which were actually quality, and not entirely cheesed out. With a different director, perhaps, maybe someone who knew the characters better writing it, we could've had a good movie.
Maybe all Schumacher needed was someone to bop him on the head and shout "It's TOO much!!"

So, I took it upon myself to create a sample of what it could've been like. Obviously, I can't change the designs or much of the tone of the shots, but I did the best I could with what I had to work with.

i ..... i can't believe i'm saying this , but .... that was actually ..... pretty badass . :wow:

That was actually pretty fun.

Good work editing out the cheese, and replacing the actual score there, Vaportrail. That's the best I've seen B&R look in ... well ... ever!

I think the George Clooney of today who knows how to actually act now instead of just bobbing his head would actually make a really good Bruce Wayne/Batman. Schwarzenegger would have made a great Mr Freeze if he had played it like the Terminator... cold, aloof, distant, rather than spouting one liners. Even from your heavily edited video, it still looks like one big toy commercial.

Damn, that was pretty good! It's a shame, because if you took out all of the crap, the basic storyline was rather solid and given a more serious treatment that could have been one hell of a movie.

decent edit right there.
i like the selection of the alred/bruce dialogue, when you take it out of the context of the film its actually pretty good.

i liked it. pretty good. to be honest did any one think Batgirl was needed in this film. Sure it gave Alfred some backstory but, i just thought it was a bit froced that she wanted to help batman and robin. It just didnt seem right. I mean, Dick felt right (shut up , yous know what i mean) cos he had a reason for it. revenge and to help people. she didnt really. i don';t think

I think her purpose was as a 3rd toy. But yeah, your right she had no motivation whatsoever for fighting crime.

all she want3ed to be was a rebel with her bike.

Good job on this Vaportrail. The movie will always suck but your edit was a great kick in the nardle area to Schumacher.

What was the song you used towards the end of the trailer? I liked it.
