Is it me or does it look like he's wearing another suit underneath the armor?....and it also seems the glowing eyes are part of that under-armor so to speak....maybe he has glowing eyes in his regular suit?

I believe that is just under-armor so that his face/body isn't pressed against metal. It's definitely not the cowl from the regular suit.

If you're referring to the black material conforming to his face, it does not match up to shape of the regular cowl at all.

Just a hunch really. Kinda like in Man of Steel I had surmised that the body suit was used to hold armor. I don't believe this body suit is used for that purpose but I imagine he would wear something underneath the metal or whatever material he used to build the suit. Metal on skin might be a bit uncomfortable.

Fair enough... Yes, imagine metal on skin wouldn't feel great. Especially when a super-powered alien knocks you through a building!
