Why would Batman fight himself? I don't think he would. But, if the clone was controlled by someone else, corrupted or brainwashed (Think "Silicon Soul"), then obviously the original Batman would win.

If they were the same, the clone would be smart enoght to deduce he was a clone, so he know that he shouldn't interfere with the original Batman, since he "has the same plans". So maybe he decides to help him fight crime in Gotham, or maybe he moves to another place in need. Or who knows, maybe he decides to have a normal life and be happy.

There is a major problem with your assumption this thread is based on:
Cloning does not work the way that you guys assume. Cloning only copies the DNA. It would not copy his memories or training because these are not genetic. It probably would not even look the same as Bruce. And it would grow at the same rate as a non-cloned human being. So thus, you could end up with Batman fighting a kid with a utility belt. So Batman wins.
