I'm sorry guys, but seriously.
Lets break it down logistically:
Jason Bourne's training:
-Medusa special ops (which probably equates to a very advanced version of black ops/military specialist training)

The Batman's Training(as far as we know):
- Jiu jitsu
- Aikido and all related forms (ki-akido etc.)
- Modern Gung Fu
- Karate
- Judo
- Tae Kwon Do
- Kickboxing
- Fencing
- Boxing
- Street fighting
And thats just the combat styles he knows. I'm sure his expertise in chemistry, geography of his or any other city, intelligence, acrobatics and the dozen or so forms of meditation and focusing arts he knows would end this fight rather quickly.

I was thinking going Bourne, but you've pretty much won me over. But this does bring up a point. Why don't we ever get a scene of Batman fighting a dude one on one like this. Where we just get to see his skills in action. That's the cool stuff that makes me want to choose Bourne over Batman, Bourne always had the coolest fight scenes.

its hard to have batman fight just 1 lousy thug, because he's too good! He would take them in seconds...
