The Dark Knight Batman VS Joker: The final Battle

No one on the streets though. I think that the particular "battle" shown in the trailer takes place while the citizens of Gotham are being evacuated onto the barges, and since Batman is busy fighting with Joker on the empty streets, it is up to the people of Gotham City to control their own destiny without Batman there to save them.

I don't see how something like this could be uncreative, Batman/The Joker are some of comic book's biggest arch enemies of one another. It'll be unbelievable. I'm hoping this is one of the last major fights of the film

Everything I've seen from this scene looks amazing and unforgettable.

you guys forgot the whole dock part. The Joker does this right? I always thought THAT would be the last fight but IDK. An abandoned theme park would be an amazing thing to see Bats and Mr.J duke it out in.

I think the finale battle in the movie between Joker and Batman will not be just a physical battle but also a very mental one. Thats why I don't think it will be in the streets, I see it being in more of a isolated area, one that will be in favor of both nemesis.

I honestly don't think there will be a fight during the dock scene. I think that the fight highlighted in the trailer takes place during this part, which is why there is no one in the streets during that fight.

What do you guys think about the final fight ending with a joke?

It might be a little too much The Killing Joke, but the idea of Joker's plan (whatever it may be) succeeding, Batman being driven over the edge by it and almost killing the Joker. Then, right before Batman crosses that line, the Joker goes into some joke making Batman realize how insane things have gotten, kind of works for me. A friend of mine disagrees and says that it wouldn't fit into this version of things, but I'm not sure.

I've flip-flopped on this idea for a while, but I think the finale will be in the streets during the "HIT ME!" part, but a carnival is pretty classic.

That street is completely empty and isolated. That's why I suspect it might be the 'final' battle. On the other hand, I also hope it isn't because it means they showed us revealing clips of the final battle in the trailer... and that would be pretty lame.

The final battle WILL NOT be in the street.
1. They wouldn't put it in the trailer. No way. No how.
2. Look at how the action plays out in the trailer. The semi destroys the Tummbler on the street, the pod comes out of it (we have been told). Batman ****s up the semi. It flips. They have a showdown in the street. Joker is caught. Goes to jail. Interrogation. Escape. Then the 3rd act, which none of us know.
