She was ok in FF2, but her character was pretty meaningless, and could have been performed by anyone IMO.

At this point though, i want an SS movie more than a FF3.

I thought she was terribly bland.

Of course she wants to work on a sequel. It's not like Turistas 2 is going to happen.

She really didn't do anything in the movie or have a substantial role. And suddenly at the end she's trying to catch a bouqet to marry Johnny. Uh when did they become an item?

At this point an FF3 doesnt excite me in the slightest. But an SS movie, were the director is given freedom, could be both astonishing and something we havent seen before.

FF3 will only make less, just like this one did. I'd actually be surprised if they decided to make another one. I have a feeling this may stay as a duology.

I know, i would have preferred if SS's attack on Galactus wouldnt have amounted to nothing, and in the final desperation, Frankie volunteer's to become Nova for Galactus, and lets the Surfer run free.

Would have been a much better ending IMO.

I agree, this would have required much more set-up than just throwing it in at the end

I guess the fact that it sucked had no bearing on the poor box office.

A bad time? It opened up in the heart of summer. It had a huge opening weekend, and then died. It had terrible word of mouth. It dropped nearly 67 percent in the second weekend, and it actually added a few screens the second week. That tells you the whole story right there.

It's the same excuse people use for all bad movies that perform poorly. Movies don't make money for one reason, people don't see them. It doesn't matter when they are released.

I would love to see FF3, just so the studio has another chance to get it right. Perhaps if the Justice League movie is a hit Marvel will take a cue from DC and do another team movie. Avaneger is probably the most likely choice, but I want to see the Infinty Gauntlet or Secret Wars. Then we can see the four again without having to suffer another lackluster movie.

Fantastic 4 vs Frightful 4. Hydroman, the Wizard, Tigress, or Black Cat, and the Rhyno, or maybe Madusa, or Quicksilver. I actually liked the sequel.

I am all for the Frightful Four, but lets have the REAL Frightful Four, or as close to them as possible. I do not think Spider-Man villains [Black Cat and Rhino] would be able to be used [different studio], but Sandman [or a sandy substitute] should be in the line up!
