Maybe, but my issue is that the filmmakers keep emphasizing that this movie will be like a 'comic book/cartoon' brought to life, and we're seeing things that contradict that.

I will say that Baroness has a classic look that would be pretty stupid to alter. So hopefully they will showcase the classic Baroness look in the film. But it seems weird to introduce her this way.

Ya know what boggles my mind why is there a bigstink about such a minor character being changed (ripcord) but everyone else is casting Ryan Reynolds,My name is earl dude, or Charlie Sheen as Shipwreck a major character of hispanic descent? None of those guys besides Sheen who barely looks like shipwreck has latin blood in them.

Baroness is such a prominant character ,is why. And her accent plus her hair color is part of her identity. We've got enough blondes in this movie as it is with Covergirl and Scarlett.

Wouldn't you rather see something like this:

I think Kelly Monaco would have made a far better Baroness.

My worst fear has come to fruition; baroness will remain a blonde. I had a feeling when they cast Miller they were not gonna change her hair color. I hate it when studios don't think certain characters characteristics, like hair color, are that important.

Like others have said. Baroness is a master of disguise. For all you know this could be the only scene where she has blonde hair. I think you're jumping to conclusions too quickly.

She looks exactly like 'Sienna Miller'. Now if she looks totally different as Baroness, then i can see your point.

If she is truly in disguise in these pics, then she should go all out; add pimples to her face, nerdy looking glasses, buck-teeth,etc. You guys can't accept the fact that this is probably exactly how she's gonna look as Baroness.....

And since just about everyone in Cobra is behind a mask of some sort, it only makes sense that changes her appearance once she joins them. Just like how Destro is going to be wearing his helmet and Zartan will be wearing his hood. How Cobra Commander is going to look is anyones guess.
