if cena turn heel.. who would he face?
triple H? orton?

Darren Young dressed up in his old gear, of course!

We're already got that recently when he joined Nexus lol. There were reports of kids going home crying and in shock.

Something that seems to get overlooked in all this "turn cena heel" talk is that there isn't anybody that could face him. Cena is the biggest face in the company by a pretty wide margin. Nobody else would be able fill this spot.

HHH was a top heel for years.

Crying kids at wrestling shows make me smile. I sweeten my coffe with their tears.

Besidess, watching people want to beat Cena would elevate a couple of those stagnant mid-carders like Truth and Morrison. Heel Cena would be a bigger draw if booked properly than he is now. I just want to see him jack up a coupla suckas and take his loot.

But it ain't gonna happen. If Linda wins the Senate Seat, we'll be watchig red and yellow Cenamaina, saying our prayers and eating our vitamins for the next six years. .

Morrison
R-Truth
Danielson
CM Punk
Bourne
Tyson Kidd
Christian

Cena doesn't need to be in the title hunt right now. He's so over he could go heel or face and the crowds would still like him. Right now he could be used to elevate a couple of mid-carders by making them look good and going over in a feud or two.

The Nexus angle would be a nice starting point for the turn. Don't make it happen overninght, build it up. Have Cena get angry about humiliating treatment by the nexus. Have him doubt the support of the crowds. Have a couple of mid-carders call him a chump. Make the heel turn about him "taking his respect" and "Handling his business"

Not good enough...I want the type of s*** that happened when Hogan turned...I want angry parent calls to the WWE, people burning stuff, online petitions

Point is, Bryan can't just go off in face vs. face feuds forever. At some point, some kind of CHANGE would need to be made, because the options are so limited due to the roster split.

Also, there's the fact that most of those examples given were top tier feuds anyways. Rock / Austin, or HBK / Undertaker is going to draw regardless.

So many of these complaints that people have could be solved if the rosters were merged.

Talent lingering around not doing anything - merge the rosters and give them legitimate people to feud with.

Predictability - merge the rosters to give the booking a lot more flexibility, and a lot more options to work with.

Same people winning the titles over and over again - Yes, because there are 4 legit world title main eventers per show, meaning that either A. the same guys have to win it over and over again, or B. someone who's not ready gets pushed into the championship scene, like Sheamus or Thwagger. People here have been complaining about Kane for his entire run.

I see people cite the Women's title merging as evidence that it's "booking" - no it's because they have no talent on the women's roster save for like 3 girls, and nobody gives a crap about women's wrestling in WWE anyways.

As far as the tag division goes, well that's what happens when you only have 1 legit tag team in the entire company.

That's the kind of reaction from fans that's :awesome:

I think we'd get that and more from a well-booked Cena Turn.

Remember the kids who were crying when CM Punk was beating the crap out of Jeff Hardy? A Cena heel turn would be 1000X that.

The sad thing is for years, there have been many legitimate tag teams out there. However, Vince and whoever isn't keen on tag teams, so they decide to break up teams (who were already poorly booked to begin with) then bam, two things happen. Either lingering talent in the back or poorly booked singles runs that end up with a release. Some wrestlers are just great tag teams, not singles wrestlers. Before and maybe 3 years after the attitude era as well as in WCW, you could name five or sex great tag teams off the top of your head. Nowadays, all we have is the Hart Dynasty.

Hell, a tag team being broken up wouldn't matter anyway since there isn't a European, hardcore or cruiserweight/light heavyweight title for the mid-card to feud over. The United States/Intercontinental titles aren't even important anymore. And the booking hasn't been nearly as good enough to balance out the lack of titles with just regular feuds.

i want to see heel cena but only if it's done right, and for the love fo god no rapper gimmick

they could try the austin/rock double turn have cena slowly take over nexus and throw out barrett with barrett going face

don't see it happening though

That has to be the greatest heel promo in wrestling history.

I cant see videos at work, but IMO the best "heel" promo to date is the first Nitro after Hogan turned and came out all in black and just ripped everyone
