Point is, Bryan can't just go off in face vs. face feuds forever. At some point, some kind of CHANGE would need to be made, because the options are so limited due to the roster split.
Also, there's the fact that most of those examples given were top tier feuds anyways. Rock / Austin, or HBK / Undertaker is going to draw regardless.
So many of these complaints that people have could be solved if the rosters were merged.
Talent lingering around not doing anything - merge the rosters and give them legitimate people to feud with.
Predictability - merge the rosters to give the booking a lot more flexibility, and a lot more options to work with.
Same people winning the titles over and over again - Yes, because there are 4 legit world title main eventers per show, meaning that either A. the same guys have to win it over and over again, or B. someone who's not ready gets pushed into the championship scene, like Sheamus or Thwagger. People here have been complaining about Kane for his entire run.
I see people cite the Women's title merging as evidence that it's "booking" - no it's because they have no talent on the women's roster save for like 3 girls, and nobody gives a crap about women's wrestling in WWE anyways.
As far as the tag division goes, well that's what happens when you only have 1 legit tag team in the entire company.
