I'd be worried... But when was the last time Bryan got the upper hand? He couldn't have got another beat down, again, before Mania.
I think that ending was more about sending the fans into Mania with a buzz than it was about anything else.
Maybe Batista/Orton or Trips will get the upper hand on Smackdown
OH NOES, BRYAN GOT THE UPPER HAND ON THE GO-HOME SHOW. You all know what that means right?! Jesus, relax people.
I think that ending was more about sending the fans into Mania with a buzz than it was about anything else.
How? It's the Axxess Smackdown.
I dont know why but that statement cracks me up
Pretty much this, If Bryan would have ending that Mania on his back then people would have been saying HHH is trying to bury him again. Plus with the way this feud started post Elimination Chamber
Post EC Raw - HHH and The Authority got the Upper hand
Next Raw - Bryan gets the upper hand AND a chance for the title if he beats HHH
Raw after that - HHH beat the hell out of Bryan
This Raw - Bryan beats up the entire Authority by catching them off guard.
Again, it's give and take to not only give fans one last Feel good moment going into Mania but it's also to keep people guessing.
I heard they were taping ad after raw so I doubt everything is all axcess
Seriously, sometimes it's people don't see how pro wrestling works. With that said.....if for some sick ****ing reason Bryan loses to HHH, I ****ing walk out. I don't care if it's the opener, I walk out of that stadium.
Bryan is going to win the WWE Championship at Mania 30. Tonight doesn't change that.
Not to mention, it's been a LONG TIME since we've seen a big time feud that uses the "give and take" method to keep us guessing.
In recent years, we've mostly seen feuds where either the heel dominates for 3 weeks straight and the face dominates on the go-home show or Vice Versa.
WE finally got the type of feud we use to get back in the day where it would alternate leading up to the PPV.

Yup. It goes back to the old school way of building long term feuds that WWE used to do way back when they were running less PPV's. It's a fresh match with a long term feud that has been going on since the ending of Summerslam last year and now, they have the chance to pay it all off the biggest stage of them all, WrestleMania.
This really did end up going well, even though there's no way this was the original plan.
Don't walk away , start a riot and tear down the arena. If Bryan loses it would be completely justifiable.
