Maybe Batista/Orton or Trips will get the upper hand on Smackdown

I'd be worried... But when was the last time Bryan got the upper hand? He couldn't have got another beat down, again, before Mania.

Exactly.

OH NOES, BRYAN GOT THE UPPER HAND ON THE GO-HOME SHOW. You all know what that means right?! Jesus, relax people.

I think that ending was more about sending the fans into Mania with a buzz than it was about anything else.

Pretty much this, If Bryan would have ending that Mania on his back then people would have been saying HHH is trying to bury him again. Plus with the way this feud started post Elimination Chamber

Post EC Raw - HHH and The Authority got the Upper hand

Next Raw - Bryan gets the upper hand AND a chance for the title if he beats HHH

Raw after that - HHH beat the hell out of Bryan

This Raw - Bryan beats up the entire Authority by catching them off guard.

Again, it's give and take to not only give fans one last Feel good moment going into Mania but it's also to keep people guessing.

We need Sage in here to tell us what that segment was like live. :D

That was an exciting way to end the show. Bryan suffering another beat down might of sent the wrong message

:funny: I dont know why but that statement cracks me up

:hehe:

Seriously, sometimes it's people don't see how pro wrestling works. With that said.....if for some sick ****ing reason Bryan loses to HHH, I ****ing walk out. I don't care if it's the opener, I walk out of that stadium.

It also gave Cole the chance to sell the central story of Bryan's task at Mania one last time as they went off air, he couldn't have done that if Bryan was lying flat out after another beating. .

Bryan is going to win the WWE Championship at Mania 30. Tonight doesn't change that.

Oh agreed...Even though, I live in Louisiana, I'm going to watch it on the network for that reason. In the odd instance that Trips beats Bryan, I don't want to be tempted to throw Crawfish Etoufee upside Trips' head

I love Brock and Taker but meh I just don't care for this match and the build up has sucked for the most part,I think the match will be decent but not looking for forward to it as most Taker WM matches

Not to mention, it's been a LONG TIME since we've seen a big time feud that uses the "give and take" method to keep us guessing.

In recent years, we've mostly seen feuds where either the heel dominates for 3 weeks straight and the face dominates on the go-home show or Vice Versa.

WE finally got the type of feud we use to get back in the day where it would alternate leading up to the PPV.

Yup. It goes back to the old school way of building long term feuds that WWE used to do way back when they were running less PPV's. It's a fresh match with a long term feud that has been going on since the ending of Summerslam last year and now, they have the chance to pay it all off the biggest stage of them all, WrestleMania.

Don't walk away , start a riot and tear down the arena. If Bryan loses it would be completely justifiable.

This really did end up going well, even though there's no way this was the original plan.

Oh clearly. Brooks was supposed to get the HHH match and it almost seemed like there was no real direction for Bryan going into Mania.

Bryan was rumored to face Sheamus until Phil Brooks walked away.

I was talking about that with X Knight when Raw was on tonight. Just imagine Bourbon Street if Bryan lost...

As Far as Raw goees tonight

It was great Brock Lesnar got some type of Momentum heading into WM. They made him look weak the past few weeks in this feud with the Undertaker. Even though Brock will likely lose at WM He needed to give that beat down to the UT heading into WM.

Cena and Brays promos through this whole angle has been brillant and I expect a pretty good match between those 2.

The Main Event and HHH vs. Bryan who knows what will happen I know what we are all hoping for but I agree that Bryan getting a leg up going into the PPV was the right choice tonight. Bryan got Beat down 2 weeks ago HHH needed to get beat down before going into the PPV. So its pretty even going in and let us hope all thee Fans are Chanting Yes at the end of the PPV with Bryan holding up both belts.
