I've been re-watching my DVDs of BTAS and the other day, I couldn't help but notice a really uncanny similarity between "Dreams in Darkness" (from Volume One) and Begins. Plot of Scarecrow planning to infect the city with a hallucinogen through the water supply, anyone? Although it's Ra's Al Ghul doing it in Begins, the plot is nearly identical! And Scarecrow's point of operation in the episode is right under Arkham Asylum too! Makes me wonder how much of the Begins script was genuinely original...

A. It's been noted before

Oh, Christ. Maybe the franchise should've just stopped at Batman & Robin. Is THAT what you would've wanted?

Also... I can't believe they showed Bruce's parents get killed in "Begins"... you know, since that was in the comics and all. Goyer is such an unoriginal bastard. :whatever:

Just tell me Scarecrow isn't defeated by an average girl in that story.
