From this angle I see more Bejermo than Begins. And that's not necessarily a bad thing

Um...there's at least one pic I've never seen. It's on the right. Is that a promo pic I missed out on somehow?

Thanks to that new relased pic I began making some modifications to my chest sculpt. I've begun to fix the pecks also...dont be allarmed by the sharp edge there..

Be kind to me...I only put in an hours worth of time on this today and havent touched it in over a month. I should be able to finish it by weeks end now that Halloween is out of the way..

Next week I start the cowl.

What do you think of it so far?

'Cause I "wasted" a lot of time and posts playing either/or ect. with Jayne...the boards will be a lot less fun without her.

Yep... your previous pictures had differences that popped out immediately.

The latest sculpt, taking into account it's not actually finished and needs the details put in, seems to have the shape pretty much right... no flaws jump out at me, except some slight differences in the size and shape of the ab-plates.

Hey buddy, thanks again!!! These comparison shots really help out a lot. Yes, I'm still off a bit...but really getting close. Some aspects I'll correct while others I'll slightly modify. I'm doing my best with this but we all know I wont be able to duplicate it. It comes to a point where you have to sacrifice something to get the project out the door...sort of speaking. I believe that the abb's are really close...a little here and there but that'll really be all. I want to finish up the shoulders and bicepts....get to work on the backside...and tie in the neck area. I'm pushing for this to be completed over the weekend.

What? completed over the weekend? You mean just the torso right? If you could finish even that much over the weekend I'll be even more impressed then I already am with you. Especially considering the attention to detail and percision you've been putting into it already.

The cowl I start on Monday.

I'm pretty much self taught. Been making latex costumes since '84. Of course, in the last 4 years thanks to the overwhelmingly available info on the internet...each day I learn something new, pick up new techniques and so on. Trust me...I'm just one of the many but I'm very proud to read your supporting comments.
Sit tight....the end is near.

David (for some reason I keep wanting to pronounce your name like the artist, like Da vid with an accent on the 'i') I've always been interested in sculpting and casting with Latex. Do you make your own Latex or purchase it? Any info on the subject you could help me with would be great.
