Anyone see this? I saw it ,I liked it. 3 1/2 hours though.

Excellent film that's absolutely stunning to watch, the Charriot Race scene perhaps is one of the greatest action scenes committed to film, and Charles Heston kicks ass!

I bought it about four years ago and still haven't watched it. But I have seen the Chariot Race. Pure movie magic.

Didn't like it too much. Til the end of the chariot race, it's all gravy. Afterwards, I found it way too preachy. But what do you expect with a movie called "Ben-Hur: A Tale of Christ"?

Terrific movie. I am totally non-religious and dug the hell out of it, just like I did with another Heston religious movie, Ten Commandments.

One of my favorite films! The Chariot Race is simply one of the best action sequences in cinematic history!

You saw the 1925 silent film? I meant the 159 oscar winner with Heston.

Great movie,The Chariot Race as mentioned above is a classic action sequence of majestic quality and the acting is superb, the scene where Ben sees what has become of his mother and sister and that he can't go to them is one of the most painful ive seen

Yea I really don't think your gonna find a better charoit race on film other than that one...the whip outs were great.

Wasn't a stuntman killed shooting it ?
