Best Bond film

The whole movie is just one classic moment after the next, and yes, this was one of the best parts. Another scene I love is when Bond and Goldfinger are sitting on Goldfinger's porch where Goldfinger is just lounging drinking a mint julep watching Bond try to figure out his master plan.

Another great moment is GF's speech about man's great endeavours; except CRIME!!

Renard Robert Carlyle his character was another iconic Bond henchman even though people including myself when I was a kid thought that he was the main villain in The World Is Not Enough but he was a fake-out for who the actual villain was which was Elektra King

Elektra King was a good Bond villain, along with La Chiffre.

The fact that it took them so damn long to realize that "a beautiful/alluring woman as the main villain" would be a great idea, is mind-boggling to me. Those are his big Achilles Heal after all.

How is Le Chiffre Mads Mikkelsen's character getting no love? That is what surprises me but seriously Javier Bardem's Raoul Silva now he was not only terrifying he was downright creepy

Le Chiffre (and Goldfinger) JUST miss out on the top five for me. Like they'd be #6 and #7.

Now Sanchez in License To Kill, Robert Davi his character in the 1989 Bond film was actually pretty cool but then they made him into a cartoon somehow by like near the climax of the film

Another great moment is GF's speech about man's great endeavours; except CRIME!!

Fab

Best villain speech of the series.

Renard Robert Carlyle his character was another iconic Bond henchman even though people including myself when I was a kid thought that he was the main villain in The World Is Not Enough but he was a fake-out for who the actual villain was which was Elektra King

Renard is not iconic in any way. If anything he's one of the more forgettable villains. Elektra out shined him as a villain, and Denise Richards as a Bond girl. Elektra and M were basically the only decent things about TWINE.

The World Is Not Enough now back to the topic of the threat in terms of best Bond films The World Is Not Enough is up there with the best of them

No movie with Denise Richards as the Bond girl is a contender for best Bond movie.

But the movies with Jaws, Richard Kiel's character now those were the Bond movies that I loved the most especially The Spy Who Loved Me because of Jaws and Bond's train fight which reminded me so much of Spectre with Batista fighting Bond

Top Villains:

Ernst Starvo Blofeld

Karl Stromberg (The Spy Who Loved Me)

Aurric Goldinger (Goldfinger)

Largo (Thunderball)

Kristatos (For Your Eyes Only)

Alec Trevelyan (Goldeneye)

Silva (Skyfall)

Dr.No (Dr.No)

Kamal Khan (Octopussy)

Top Henchmen:

Red Grant (From Russia With Love)

Oddjob (Goldfinger)

Mr. Kidd & Mr. Wint (Diamonds Are Forever)

Baron Samedi (Live & Let Die)

Tee-Hee (Live & Let Die)

Jaws (The Spy Who Loved Me)

Gobinda (Octopussy)

Baron Samedi ultimate henchman he was perfect but Jaws killed it for me...Jaws was not only badass he was funny as a henchman as well especially that grin of his you can't help but grin and laugh at Jaws when he grins and then he uses his metal teeth to bite through things to bite people in general it is pretty funny

Another great Bond film would definitely have to be Live and Let Die

Casino Royale & Skyfall.

Seeing both at the cinema again - the former tonight and the latter - 2 weeks later.

Can't wait!

My Top 10, in no particular order other than by release date:

From Russia With Love
Goldfinger
Thunderball
On Her Majesty's Secret Service
The Spy Who Loved Me
License to Kill
Goldeneye
Casino Royale
Skyfall
No Time to Die

I haven’t seen them all but I’ll list my top 124EFEC1D1-BA51-4D3A-BD9E-C8938A8C18A1.jpeg

My favorite is GoldenEye, followed by the rest of my solidly placed top 5, Goldfinger, From Russia with Love, For Your Eyes Only and The Spy Who Loved Me.

Die Another Day is a guilty pleasure that I think does still crack my top 10, way too hated/underrated, sure a lot of ridiculousness but so are a lot of others I think a lot less successfully and enjoyably.
