My fave adaptations would probably be
Iron Man (every suit really, they are all amazing renditions)
Cap (especially Age of Ultron, that suit was perfection imo)
Deadpool (costumes don't get much more comic-accurate without looking cheesy)
Batman (TDK, while not a straight transfer and perhaps a bit busy, it worked for the character and the story, and he could turn his head!)
