Best DC Film of the Decade (2010-2019)

I'd give it to Joker or The Dark Knight Rises....probably the latter just. There was something so utterly satisfying about the film to me not to mention it was another damn well made film that provided perfect closure.

..... Uh, it's nowhere close to the critical response of the Nolan Trilogy, nor the box office.

It has 69% RT score. Not only does it not beat any of the TDK trilogy critically, it doesn't beat the Tim Burton ones either. If it makes more than billion, which is highly unlikely, then you can say it has topped them on that front.

Only place it's getting bad reviews is America. Spain has it as first place on 2019 top. Golden Lion at Venice and praise from Russia, India, Mexico, Italy, France, UK, Brazil, Australia, etc. The russian critics had this as first place, too. All of them gave it 5/5 or 4/5. Don't just look at the score. Read the reviews. It's at 69% but still has a 7.34 AR.

And let's be honest, we all know the reason the score isn't higher. Take as example Jordan Hoffman, top critic that mocked the film before it's release. Or Ehlrich, who did the same laughing about the director.

The best two are TDKR and Joker. However, the latter edges out the former because it's so damn unique and fresh. TDKR is great (I sometimes go back and forth on whether I prefer it to TDK), but those plot holes, man...

Recency bias aside, it's still Joker. Outside of that it's Shazam.

Everything else can be swept under the rug.

I'll have to chime in with the consensus that The Dark Knight Rises and Joker are the best DC films of the decade, with Wonder Woman and Shazam being the best of the DCEU this decade.

TDKR. But there were several good ones. I liked MoS, WW, AM, BvS, J, and even GL. The rest were pretty awful.
