Construction site. Like Anita says, he was saving lives as well, but I just loved how he was just sprinting all over the place and owning SO MANY!

The Arkham Scarecrow scene is my favorite part of Batman Begins, but I still think the dock scene is the most quintessential "Batman pwnage" part of Begins, and the one that seems straight out of the comics or the BTAS. The TDK equivalent, IMO, would be where he captures Lau.

I voted for the opening garage scene from TDK. In all honsoty I had the biggest smile on my face from the moment Batman bent that machine gun to when he got into the tumbler and drove off.

I especially LOVED the part where he got up after being hit by the wall, and as Fenrir mentioned when that two-note theme kicked in I was ecstatic!

I posted somewhere else how much the music really makes that scene feel...grandiose. The music hits that point right when he stands up, its perfect!

My vote goes to the nightclub scene though, or rather, after he gets his hands on Maroni. When he drops him and breaks his leg it always got a huge "Owwwwww"! out of the audience. Then the way he swoops down on him, its almost like he's a creature for real at that point

I actually thought the nightclub scene was the most BTAS-esque scene in TDK -- particularly since that scene reminded me of that episode "World's Finest" from S:TAS.

I couldn't pick one moment, so I picked several -- you can see my choices above. But I do have a preference for the construction site fight, particularly the bit where "No, but I'll know how you got these!" just makes the film for me.
