Liked them all. But I have to go with Season 3. It's the most re-watchable season of them all IMO.

I loved the first two eps of Season 3 they were awesome. The whole series was entertaining. I found season 5 to be disappointing. Clark could of had a kick ass fight with Kryptoians instead of sending them off so easily. I also really liked season 4 and 1 as well.

I only chose season two because it has "Rosetta." That's the episode that solidified me as a Smallville fan.

Okay I've loved Smallville since it started up. However I moved after the season finally of season one and never saw any after that for a good while. I just got season 2-4 on dvd and am currently in season 3. It is really good. All of it is really good.

The hard part is that I can't chose a favorite season. Each season is better then the last but only because of the seasons infront of it. The fact that each one builds up from each other. Thou I would have to say of the seasons I've seen 3 looks the most rewatchable so far.

Season 3 was my favorite. It just had kick ass episodes all throughout, not really a bad one in the bunch.

saeson three was pretty solid the whole way through, I would have picked season 5 if it didnt totally suck by the last few episodes.

I thought Season 5 started out strong, but then it turned to crap.
I dug Season 4 a lot though.

About halfway through every season I just start to get disgusted with the show.
But then I'm back again for the next seaspn premiere

Season 4 was great, but Season 5 really uped the ante, especially with introducing Brainiac.

Season 2 for me. Until Rosetta they stayed away from the mythology, but it still seemed like the characters were developing and maturing nicely. The show really seemed like it's own story!!!

wow...season 5 is leading?! Why can't the DVD just come out now
I haven't seen any of season 5...I voted for season 4, it just proves they are getting better...if season 6 becomes a success and maybe does so due in large part to Superman possibbly gaining those much needed boxoffice legs coming up in July...then more people will want to tune in to Smallville...maybe and hopefully...and then season 7...we get a full final year with Welling dawning the tights

I have to say, I am very surprised that S5 is leading. I mean most episodes were either tolerable or just bad. There were a few great ones (Arrival, Splinter, Solitude, Reckoning, Vessel) but not many.

It's hard to say but quite possibly my favourite so far has been 5 because of how much these characters have progressed since season 1. Season 2 has been the most coherent in quality I think. 3 was a darker season and it had great episodes like all of them had. I'd say season 1 and 4 were the weakest but even they have merit in their own right. 4 because it had some amazing episodes in there and 1 because it was such a lighter and less worrying time for these characters. They were all just trying to figure themselves out and get through school and/or get that special someone.
